About this game

Elex 2 is a sci-fi fantasy-themed open-world action RPG that takes place on the hostile alien planet Magalan, the sequel to 2017’s Elex both developed by the German game studio Piranha Bytes most known for their work on the Gothic and Risen series of games. Years after Jax defeated the Hybrid Magalan is still a fractured world, factions still commit endless war with each other over valuable resources called the “Elex”. Again, Jax senses a new threat coming from the sky that will endanger all life on the planet if they don’t put their differences aside repel this new threat.
