Valve’s Steam platform is the best place to go when looking for video games, software, and reviews.
It’s easy to forget that there have been some great video games in 2021 and success stories throughout the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
Fortunately, Valve has revealed the best-selling games on Steam during the week of Christmas to give us a little reminder that this is the time for gaming.
Top Selling Games On Steam Week Ending December 26:
Halo Infinite Campaign and Forza Horizon 5 are two Microsoft and Xbox titles that make the top 10, and they join Game of the Year It Takes Two and hardcore FPS Ready or Not.
Somewhat surprisingly, Battlefield 2042 makes the list despite it currently sitting on Steam with a Mostly Negative review score.
With the year winding down, Valve also provided their platinum tier list of games that made the most money by gross revenue.

Valve does not indicate which order the games are regarding revenue made.
It’s an interesting list, mainly when we look at CS: GO, DOTA 2, Destiny 2, and Apex Legends, which are all free-to-play.
It tells us that in a year in which many have struggled financially, people are willing to pay large amounts of money on a free game if it’s good enough.
