Cities: Skylines II is the new chapter of Paradox Interactive’s city-building and management series. Released for PC on 24 October 2023, it will later arrive on consoles. Its launch wasn’t the smoothest, facing performance issues and bugs.
However, the development team, Colossal Order, continues to focus on fixes and patches, as well as adding new content to expand the Cities Skylines II experience, which offers incredible customization and building features.
Cities: Skylines II Introduces Two New Creator Packs
The announcement came on 2 December 2024, via an official post. Two new Creator Packs, Urban Promenades and Modern Architecture, were unveiled, bringing additional options to enhance your city.
Featuring modern building designs, along with structures like schools, police stations, medical centers, and more, complete with upgrades. These two content packs are detailed by the content creator Infrastructurist in a dedicated video.
Cities: Skylines II – What Urban Promenades and Modern Architecture Offer
Two content packs created by some of the most renowned community members, bringing a wealth of construction options.
Urban Promenades
Created by Feindbold, this pack focuses on residential areas, offering 60 building assets with 27 projects. It also adds 5 urban structures: Elementary School, Middle and High Schools, Medical Center, Police Headquarters, and Fire Station, all with various upgrades.
Modern Architecture
Created by Richard Shi, this pack brings a large selection of modern-designed buildings, offering over 60 assets to give your city an innovative, modern look. It includes 21 buildings reflecting the style of major metropolitan areas.
