About this game

Step into the shoes of Peter who gets into a car accident one stormy night and finds himself in a creepy abandoned mansion. He can’t remember how and why he is in the mansion, but he sure needs to find a way out.

• Realizing you have already been here in the past, you naturally want to know more, but something has awakened in the house and is after you.
• Offering an atmospheric horror experience that offers a photo-realistic location of an old abandoned mansion, explore dark passageways and experience paranormal activities.
• Solve puzzles and gain access to locked rooms, but you must be careful as evil does lurk in the darkness. What is after you is not something that you can fight. The only options are to run and hide.

With a running time of five hours or less, Silver Chains provides an evening’s worth of entertainment for those seeking ample scares and little more. That is to say that it’s enjoyable, but not exactly rememberable. It stands out as one of the best indie-developed post-P.T. horrors, but as the credits roll you’ll still be lamenting the loss of Kojima’s potential horror masterpiece.
