About this game

Killsquad is a co-op-oriented top-down twin-stick shooter with hack-and-slash elements with a dash of character customization and progression developed by Novarama, journey through five planets full to the brim with enemies for you to annihilate. Choose your character, select your skills, weapons, gears, talismans and unleash hell. Shoot fast, dodge fast, or die even faster. Each run is mostly 10-20 minutes which you can enjoy alone or with up to four other friends.

• You will be able to choose from five hero classes each with their own weapons and skills allowing you to combine melee and ranged character playstyles. As you play through the game you will be able to spend bounties to equip powerful upgrades for each of your skills, power-ups, gear, etc.
• There are over 30 contracts for you to play through in the campaign visiting five planets along the way. Jump in with friends or come to the aid of another squad by joining them mid-mission in real-time.
• Each weapon and gear you get will have unique characteristics that affect the skills of your hero Additionally if you earn the trust of the unseen, they can grant you powerful and complex artifacts that at first will be detrimental but through great effort will turn into powerful items.
• Be prepared! hordes and waves of disturbing enemies will make their way to you, clawing and biting till there’s nothing left these are just the small fry however it’s the bosses that will give you a challenge there are more than 15 for you to defeat each with their own mechanics and unique ways to be beaten.

Killsquad is an enjoyable run, especially when played with friends, but it’s facing stiff competition against big-budget triple-A multiplayer experiences like Warframe or Destiny 2. The in-depth ability loops and RPG elements in Killsquad are done well, but the greatest enemy this title faces is… a lack of players.

Whether you’re playing solo or co-op, Killsquad’s skill-based, challenging, and fast-paced combat is a triumph. While the lackluster mission design and unexciting loot end up letting it down a little, this one can still be a blast to jump into if you and your friends are up for a grind.
