Carmageddon 2 Carpocalypse Now is an indie racing game developed by Stainless Games Ltd and published by Sales Curve Interactive. It is a sequel to the graphically violent game Carmageddon.

Carmageddon 2 was one of the few number of racing games to feature deformable models on its cars, creating more realistic crashes and dents. In fact, the player’s vehicle can even be bent in half, leaving the player to drive with only the front wheels on the road. Similar to its predecessor, there are three ways to complete the levels.

The first method is called “Race” players need to finish the race by passing each checkpoint with a time limit. “Wreck” is the second option wherein all opponents are destroyed. The third and final option is “Wreck havoc among the zombie/pedestrian hordes/populace” which is basically killing each zombie or pedestrian in that certain level.

You will pick up lots of different power-ups that affect the innocent bystanders in ridiculously hilarious ways: They’ll explode when hit, pop and fly away, dance in place, stumble like drunks, have huge heads, turn huge altogether, turn tiny, turn fat, turn tall, turn skinny, turn completely immortal – you name it.
