With December VERY soon, it’s time to turn our attention to the latest lineup of Xbox Game Pass titles. As the final month of the year, December’s selection has an added layer of excitement as gamers are eager to see how Microsoft plans to close out 2024.

Xbox Game Pass December 2024 Joining Titles

As of writing, there are only 2 games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass December 2024 lineup but both promise to deliver great experiences, especially with their day-one launches on the service.

First stop, launching on December 5, 2024, Overthrown is an innovative open-world city builder that lets players construct and manage their kingdoms using unique mechanics like lifting and throwing objects to reshape their realm. The game is a blend of strategic resource management, defense against bandits and mutants, and creative gameplay. It also supports co-op play for up to six players. Releasing in Early Access on PC and Xbox Series with new features like seasonal foliage and military structures, it will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day-one.

Second is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, set to release on December 9, 2024, is a first-person, single-player adventure that immerses players in an original story set in 1937. Taking place between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, the game features exploration, puzzles, and combat as players wield Indiana Jones’ iconic whip and uncover the secrets of the Great Circle. This much-awaited cinematic title will also be available on the service at launch.
