Dragon Age: The Veilguard is finally ready for launch, arriving this 31 October 2024. A Halloween release for this highly anticipated chapter in BioWare’s series.

With DA The Veilguard, we’ll return to Thedas, specifically to Tevinter. Now threatened by the resurgence of the Blight, about 9 years after the events of Inquisition. As Rook, players will strive to prevent the Blight and the awakening of two Gods.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard emphasizes both action RPG and role-playing aspects, with many new characters accompanying Rook and the return of some familiar faces. Expect a dark, intense story, with significant choices that impact the game world.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard – Preload Now Available

For the PC version, unfortunately, players will have to wait for the official launch today to begin downloading. However, the Steam and Epic Games Store versions do not require the EA App to launch, making Dragon Age: The Veilguard verified on the Steam Deck.

As for the game’s size, it takes up 100 GB, with about 96 GB available for download on consoles. PC players, however, face a discouraging lack of preload, meaning the download will take several hours, potentially over 2 hours with a 100 Mbps connection.

• Americas: 31 October 2024 at 9:00 AM PDT, 10:00 AM MDT, and 12:00 PM EDT for the USA. At 1:00 PM BRT for South America.
• Europe: 31 October 2024 at 5:00 PM CET and 4:00 PM CEST / At 7:00 PM in Turkey.
• Oceania: 1 November 2024 at 3:00 AM EDT in Australia / At 5:00 AM NZDT in New Zealand.
