I just bought the new Space Marine 2 game on this website. I should have read the info panel that “You will receive the product key during the official release day, not immediately after purchase etc” so half a star less for making this text so tiny and below the buy button!!
I’ve actually made an account here just to rate this merchant.
– I made a purchase and they wanted my ID,
– I’ve said no and asked for a refund,
– And they’ve instantly answered and refunded me.
The support team they have is GREAT! The company however is nothing where I’d buy something ever again.
The Security Measures on this Website ARE exactly the Reason, why I buy my Games here. Even if its a few Cents more expensive than some sites.. I have been buying here since February of this Year, and never ever had I received aggressive spam, weird transactions or fee’s when buying here nor a broken game key.
Serious People will buy from serious Places like this. facts.
DONT BUY puts on “security” hold and wants you to verify with physical reciept

And what’s wrong with that? There must be certain criteria and parameters that have selected you for this through the anti-fraud mechanism. Users like you astonish me. No anti-fraud and anti-scam that protects you? Bad? Anti-fraud and anti-scam implemented? Bad. Jeesh. You should be ashamed of yourself and to give a company such bad rating for protecting you? Just because you didn’t get something INSTANTLY? Gosh, the nerve!
This site is our savior in Switzerland, prices here are egregiously highly and compared to an official price + fees, I can usually buy a game here with a 50% discount compared to Ubisoft or steam. Just now I bought Star wars Outlaws. the transaction failed the first time because of me, but I could fix it and the game key came within 10 minutes. Price on Ubisoft: 80 CHF!!!!!! here? – its 40….easy choise.
