Tempest Rising is an RTS with the old classic gameplay but with a modern look. Set in a future earth after a nuclear war we have 3 factions to choose from, with their unique units and buildings to build our base, create an army and defeat all the rest of IA or human players. What makes this one special is the graphics, battles look really spectacular and you can zoom in to enjoy all the unit's details, it really makes you want to go to war just for the sake of the cool explosions.
This RTS looks fantastic! And I'm speaking not only about captivating graphics, there is something else that attracts the eye. Tempest Rising takes us to the dark future, where the Earth was savaged by violent nuclear war. Featuring 2 solo campaigns as well as the multiplayer mode, this strategy is surely worth a shot.
Man, it’s been way too long since we had a proper classic-style RTS, and Tempest Rising looks like it’s bringing that Command & Conquer energy back. The factions seem unique, and the gameplay looks fast-paced but still tactical.
