WHAT IS STAR WARS ECLIPSE?
Star Wars Eclipse occurs in the High Republic era, with the Galactic Republic at its height.
Expected to take place roughly 200 years before the Star Wars films and 800 years after the fall of the Old Republic, Eclipse will feature an original Star Wars story.
The game is an action-adventure and will have you navigating a branching story-driven campaign.
Like other Quantum Dream video games, your choices will help shape the story, characters, and galaxy.
As you travel the Outer Rim, you will encounter all-new characters, environments, and locations, with your decisions defining your path and role.
Hopefully, the game’s RPG elements will resemble those in Knights of the Old Republic, allowing us to decide whether we want to fall on the light or dark side of the Force.
Anything related to Star Wars will always have hype and be highly-anticipated, but after the recent Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order game from Respawn, Star Wars Eclipse has a lot to live up to if it’s to deliver.
