HOW TO REDEEM A PROMO CODE ON THE META WEBSITE
- Head to Meta.com
- Sign-up or Login to your Meta account
- After you have logged in, click your Profile icon found at the upper-right corner of the page
- Then on the menu to your left, click “Redeem Codes and Gift Cards”
- Enter your Oculus code in the box
- Click “Redeem Code” and your process is complete
HOW TO REDEEM A PROMO CODE ON THE META HORIZON APP
- Open the Meta Horizon app on your phone
- Tap MENU at the top of your Horizon Feed
- Go to “Payment and Subscriptions”
- Tap “Redeem Store Code”
- Enter your code
- Tap “Submit”
WHY IS MY OCULUS PROMO CODE NOT WORKING?
If your Oculus code is not working, try the following steps:
- Double check you have entered the code correctly
- Make sure you are typing correct digits such as 0 (number) and O (letter)
- Check where you got your discount code from and read any tutorial and information
