You just bought a game or have a gift card, discount code, or CD key, and the code isn’t working. It’s okay, breathe, relax, and follow these easy steps to get your key working.
Sounds obvious, but sometimes in our eagerness to type it in and get to our games, we can miss a number or letter.
When checking, it’s good to make sure that you’re typing in 0 (zero) or O (letter) when needed. Recheck every letter and number. Still unsafe? Hint: Copy-Paste out of known words!
