Never had a problem with Eneba, even preorder game, where i change my mind, they take back and refund me money
This is my first time using Eneba, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. I purchased a preorder key, but when the release day arrived, I didn't receive any information. I opened a support ticket to resolve the issue, but it took a long time for them to respond. When I tried to request a refund, they wouldn’t allow me to do so.
I received a key which I already have on Steam instead of Monster Hunter Wilds (I don't know exactly what game I got the key for, Steam only tells me that I already have it)
